As the name suggests, testicular cancer develops in the testicles. The testicles are located in a loose sac of skin beneath the penis and are responsible for producing male sex hormones and sperm.
Even when testicular cancer has spread beyond the testicles, it is highly treatable. Depending on the type and stage of testicular cancer, one or a combination of several treatment methods may be considered.
