Sarama Behboud Sepanta Medical Industries, emphasizing the production of specialized products with high technical knowledge, has been a member of the Bu-Ali Health science and Technology Park at Mashhad University of Medical Sciences since 2019 as a technology company. Currently, the company’s main activities focus on the production of medical cooling devices. The company has obtained the knowledge enterprise title for both of its production-licensed products. These two products are the cooling cap, designed to prevent and reduce hair loss in chemotherapy patients, and the neonatal cooling device, aimed at reducing and treating brain injuries and neurological dysfunctions caused by asphyxia in newborns. Additionally, the company has developed a prototype limb cooling device to prevent and reduce neuropathic pain caused by chemotherapy, which is in the process of obtaining a production license.
